Terms and Conditions

-When you are booking an appointment, please make sure you are deposit ready. The Non-Refundable deposit is $20 which will go towards your service to Cash App ($CelishaFrancis), PayPal, Square or Apple Pay. If the deposit is not paid upon scheduling, then your appointment is not secured.
-Please notify me if you are late to your appointment. If you are late More Than 15 minutes (fee of $20.00) - 30 Minutes (fee of $25.00), Any Time after that you will need to reschedule your appointment.
-For the products, if you need guidance on the products you need or want.. Please message me or contact me.

-For cancellation, please cancel within 48 business hours, failing to not cancel before that timeframe, your deposit will be non refundable. This is so others are able to schedule an appointment. 

-I only use my plant-based products for services, if you decide to shampoo your hair &/or purchase any hair or accessories the price will still be the same
-For ANY major holidays there will be a $30 Add-On Fee (non-Refundable Even upon cancellation)
